We don't do plumbing. It's why plumbers call us.

You hold the account. We pump the traps. Per-location records, billing your way, and no risk we quote your customer, because trap work is all we're after.

Tell us who you are and roughly how many locations. Dispatch takes it from there.

How the handoff works

One store or the whole chain. An address list is enough to start.

  1. You send the locations
One store or the whole chain, with whatever contact detail you have.
  2. We run the route
Cycles set per trap, serviced around each kitchen's hours.
  3. Records come back to you
Dated manifests per location, filed the way your account manager needs them.
  4. Billing goes where you say
To you, or direct to each store. Your call, per account.

Why the trades hand us the work

Trap work is our whole trade.

  • We don't do plumbing or hood cleaning. There's nothing of yours we're positioned to take.
  • One call covers every location you service. 200+ jobs a day means chain volume doesn't strain the route.
  • The waste goes to our own transfer station in Long Island City, so the chain of custody ends with the licensed endpoint itself.
  • Fifty years in the city. Three generations. The same dispatch number the whole time.

FAQs

Will you contact our customer directly?

Only as your subcontractor on site. We don't quote the location, and the account stays yours.

Can billing be split?

Per account. Bill it to you, or to each store, and mixed books across a chain are fine.

What paperwork does the location get?

A dated manifest per visit naming the location, the trap, and the hauler. Copies route to you.

What if a trap needs more than cleaning?

You hear it first, with the camera footage or photos. The plumbing repair is yours.
